CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
21: 21 exercises in a circle! (Each piece of paper has 1 exercise) Do the exercise on the sheet 21 times, run 1 lap, do 1 burpee and go to the next exercise!
MISH MASH: This is an incredible (Yes, MISH MASH!!) of all the classes that Micki teaches… Each section is allocated approximately 15 minutes, it’s different each time! So, classes like Zumba, Pound, RUMBLE, Strong Nation, Bootcamp and more!
WEEKEND WARRIOR: We are opening this class up to the public for just $10! You’ll need a mat and your water, and we will have GUEST INSTRUCTORS Hamilton and Doreen Caldwell. Join us if you have a desire to have an incredible and incredibly FUN weekend workout!!…And yes, you can call yourself a WEEKEND WARRIOR for participating!
COMBO: It’s exactly what it sounds like! It’s a combination of al of the great things from STRONG and RUMBLE! We will have a STRONG Warmup/Rumble and Weapon 1/STRONG Q4 Floorplay/Strong Cooldown.
RUMBLE: Rumble by R.I.P.P.E.D. is an authentic, cardio mixed martial arts class. It is a full body workout that utilizes R-resistance, I- interval, P- Power, P- Plyometrics and E- endurance and of course, the Trademarked, RUMBLE stick!
TRX Zumba Gold: Utilizes both TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) straps/bands along with your favorite Zumba movements at low intensity, created for active, older adults.
STEP: Step as you know it...Up- beat class that focuses on building overall strength and flexibility and also improves balance, coordination and agility. Great cardio workout!
Cards: A deck of cards is used to tell the class which exercise and how many reps! Upper + lower body, core a dash of cardio...Feeling lucky?!
Zumba Gold: Modified class for active, older adults that recreates original moves at a lower intensity.
Strength + Conditioning: 45 seconds focus on each exercise, with 15 second rest with instruction for the next! Tones all major muscle groups, and no exercises are repeated during class!
Zumba in the Circuit: Zumba combined with circuit training! Zumba and movement amid strength training equipment that you're familiar with.
